Contacts & Housing: Gold-plated plug contact area (≈ 50 micro-inch) for better conductivity; housing made of ABS + PC (UL 94V-0/V-2 rated plastics) for flame resistance.
IDC Termination: Phosphor bronze with tin plating in the IDC (insulation displacement connector) cap to ensure reliable cable termination.
Color / Finish: White faceplate / housing — clean look, matches standard wall plates and keystone panels in white.
Performance & Standards: Meets CAT6 specifications; suitable for transmission up to ~250 MHz or more depending on system; supports Gigabit Ethernet (1000 Mbps), Power over Ethernet (PoE) where applicable.
